Nate is based in Boston and oversees the financial operations for Beacon’s funds, joint ventures, and co-investment vehicles. He is also responsible for the firm’s corporate accounting and finance functions. Prior to his role as CFO, Nate led Beacon’s tax planning and structuring as well as the firm’s REIT compliance, tax compliance, and investor tax reporting functions. Before joining Beacon in 2011, Nate was a senior tax manager at Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked with large real estate and private equity clients, including Beacon. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
