Kathy is based in Boston where she is responsible for management and oversight of accounting and financial reporting for various properties, joint ventures, co-investments, as well as closed-end funds. Before joining Beacon, Kathy served as a Regional Controller for Boston Properties where she managed the property accounting activities of the Washington Region. She also served as a property accountant at Beacon Properties and held several positions at Property Capital Trust. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and a minor in economics and a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Suffolk University.
