Gadea is based in Boston, and is responsible for the definition, implementation, and communication of sustainability initiatives across Beacon. Gadea started as a Summer Associate in Beacon’s Washington, D.C. office and brings a multidisciplinary background in architecture, project management, sustainability strategy and analytics. She previously held positions at CBRE and AECOM delivering large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects. Gadea holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and Master of Architecture from Universidad CEU San Pablo. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Environmental Health at Harvard University.
