Alex is based in our Boston office and is responsible for the onboarding and fund-level reporting for Fund 9 and the pending first investment of Fund 9, One Brattle Square. He also oversees other properties and joint ventures starting with 1800 Larimer and Bank of America Tower. Alex spent the last 2.5 years as a controller at Alcion Ventures, a Boston private equity real estate firm. He was responsible for asset management and financial reporting of various properties and funds. Before joining Alcion, Alex was a Senior Manager in the EY Assurance Real Estate practice, serving multiple private equity real estate funds and public real estate investment trusts. Alex has an MBA and B.S. in Accounting from Quinnipiac University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
