333 West Wacker
A waterfront wonder
An icon near and far
Local Chicagoans love 333 W. Wacker for its iconic design, but movie fans will recognize it too. Just three years after its construction, the building appeared in the 1986 film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off as the office where Ferris’ father works.
Grand scale
At 36 stories and almost 870,000 rentable square feet, this building makes its presence known. Here, there’s plenty of space to grow, with brand new amenities including a top of building conference center available for up to 150 people with adjacent lounge space and a new rooftop deck offering sweeping skyline views.
Transportation nexus
333 W. Wacker is conveniently located in the West Loop of the Chicago Central Business District, making it accessible by the Metra, L Train, and several Chicago Transit Authority bus routes, all within a matter of blocks.
